Snøhetta is looking for a Project Manager to lead projects in Germany. The Project Manager will manage a multidisciplinary team at our Oslo office. The ideal candidate is an experienced architect and Project Manager who is fluent in German and English and has experience with and knowledge of German contract standards and project phases. The Project Manager will work closely with Snøhetta Oslo's Director of Acquisition and Business Development Europe, Team Lead West, and Staffing Manager. The position will require some travelling.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams, mainly focusing on German projects. Lead processes and development of projects. Manage time schedules and deliverables, contracts, project economy, Coordinate internal and external communication on the project. Securing and developing the architectural quality of the project and an innovative construction, which is in line with the level of quality and ambition of Snøhetta. Support knowledge sharing across the firm. Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Architecture, or equivalent. At least 5 years of Project Management experience. Proficiency in Revit, Rhino and Adobe, as well as other working tools. Strong design skills and ability to present projects in an aspirational way. Experience with design and construction phases of one or several build projects in Germany. Knowledge of German contract standards. Experience with German project phases 1-5 (LP 1-5), including knowledge of project phases 6-8. Excellent proficiency in German and English.
